Building Godspeed, The Jamestown Ship
Many generations ago my ancestors left Scotland to sail to the new world, to
Jamestown Virginia.
In 2006 the Godspeed, a replica of one of the three ships that sailed off to Jamestown,
was built and launched at Rockport Maine. Built at Rockport Marine world famous for
it's craftsmanship in building wooden boats.
